1  Data We Collect

 

The App is self-contained and does not require sign-up, login, user accounts or other data input. It does not require or need access to other information on your mobile device. It does not allow sharing on social networks, is not linked to third party apps or sites and has no advertising. Nor does the App send alerts or push notifications to you. As such, it only collects the data it needs to function properly and accomplish relevant tasks and does not collect data or information that would personally identify you.

 

We only receive personal information (“Personal Data”) if you choose to communicate with us directly. In this case we will receive and save your contact information (such as your name, phone number and email address) and use it to communicate with you and for no other purpose.

 

We store Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, while we have a business need to do so, or as required by law.

 

Mindspa does not collect or process credit or debit card (“Payment Card”) data. Apple and Google collect payment data when you purchase the App or make in-app purchases and their use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policies.

 

We receive anonymous usage data, statistics and analytics from Apple and Google platforms to help us monitor uptake and usage of the App.

 

 

2  Use Of Data

 

We use the data we collect to:

 

Communicate with you in response to enquiries, questions and feedback;

Monitor and analyze trends and usage activities.

3  Data we share

 

Mindspa does share your Personal Data unless with your express permission or if required to do so by law.

 

4  Children

 

Our App is not for use by anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child under the age of majority in your home jurisdiction has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete the information from our databases.

 

5  Security

 

We follow generally accepted standards to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received.

 

6  Your Choices

 

In relation to your Personal Data you have the rights, under various data protection laws,  to access, rectify, erase, restrict or prevent the processing of it, to request its transfer to another party and to complain to a relevant supervisory authority.

7  Residents Of Europe

 

If you use our App while in Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (collectively, “Europe”) then you have certain rights concerning the way your personal data is processed, retained and accessed. These rights are encompassed, as applicable, by this Policy and described elsewhere within it.

 

As Data Controller under these regulations, we have put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to implement the required data protection principles.

 

8  Residents Of California

If you use our App while in California you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (or “CCPA”) which you should refer to. The disclosures required under CCPA are made elsewhere in this Policy and are hereby deemed to be incorporated into this clause.
